Hotel room reservation by E-mail
« on: 23.01.2014, 19:41:50 »

I asked this question on twitter, but I had no response, so I'm trying here.

I do have a credit card, but I can't use it to reserve my room (I guess ?) since it's going to expire in 1 month.

So I wanted to reserve my room by Email.

The codeword: Attendee Code XXXX / XXXXXXXXXXX
    Your name
    Your full address
    Arrival date
    Departure date

I'm not sure about the first line. What do I need to write in the E-mail exactly ? Do I need to replace something with my registration number, or anything else ?

I just want to be sure.

Thanks.

Use the code word "Attendee Code ..." exactly as described at https://reg.eurofurence.org/regsys/howtobookroom.jsp?choice=abroad and do not substitute the number with anything else.

And please don't publicly post the code, thanks.

Okay, I didn't know that this number was specific to each user, I expected to get something by Email.

I've a similar trouble I paid the EF with my CC and reserved the room with same card, but I noticed just now that it expires in a month, how can I change it?

You need to contact the hotel, and tell them you want to change your card info.
