Every year you get a conbook the very first day you arrive and the planning is usually in the middle pages.
I'm not sure if there is any release of the program before as it's subject to changes until they are printed ^^"

Usually every convention also releases a PDF-Version of the event-schedule some days before the start of the con.
Here you can find the schedule of EF 19 for example: http://www.eurofurence.org/EF19/data/EF19-Public-Timetable-P1.0-RTT3.0-18-08-2013.pdf

@Wotan:

And in addition to the schedule that's printed in the conbook, you also get a "pocket guide" that you can take with you while being at the con. So you don't always have to carry around your conbook to have a look at the timetable. ;)

And additionally some cons also have screens in the hotel with the current timetable of the actual day. But I'm not sure yet how it'll be at the new EF-Hotel. ;)

Those who have previously attended EF should know that there is an excellent mobile app created by conops TraxSwe simple called 'Eurofurence'. It's available for both Android and iPhone platforms.

- It includes the full schedule in an easily browsable form (the database isn't ready yet for EF20)

- Information about events, GoH, charity, maps, places to eat, travel, parking ... basically everything you can find from the conbook - but its all in your mobile :3

- Real time information and event changes (when you update the database during the convention)

I really loved this app and found it helpful during the con, especially with schedule changes and planning where to go next. The conbook is nice but its so big and clumsy ^^'

*hugs to trax for all the effort* ^^'/
