Hi there ^^
During the con i upgraded from normal attendee to sponsor. I got the sponsor gifts - except for the pin. How and when do i get it?

To second that: I arrived as Supersponser at Wednesday, just as the pins got out.
My number/name was written up and... now?
When do we get them?

I would recommend you poke the registration team.
reg@eurofurence.org

Make sure you tell them you reg number and explain you didn't receive the pin because they ran out.

I'm sure they will react as soon they can, it might be they had a busy week.

That's not going to help. Please do NOT send individual messages to random people or open trouble tickets about this.

The list of sponsors and supersponsors has been forwarded to the board at the end of the convention, and once we have a final tally of missing items a second production run might be considered.

However please do understand that we will contact you at the appropriate time. Please do not e-mail us about that issue right now.

Was just wondering if anyone has heard any news on this?   Did they get the items that they ran out of to ship to those that did not recieve them?  I am also still waiting for the super sponsor package for my friend and the regular addmission package for myself.
