Eurofurence for beginners guide
« on: 24.01.2016, 16:35:21 »

Heya folks!

For years there has been a guide online to help fellow furries prepare for their first time at Eurofurence. Now it's finally available in English!

For your convenience you can chose between a PDF version and an ePUB version for your e-book reader.

These files may be distributed.

Yours,

Dhary

Thank you for posting this guide!  It was informative and full of useful information, including things which I had not known before.

It is also a fairly clear "easy-to-read" document.

I think 3.6.1 should be updated with current prices :) (75 and 100 and 50)

4.4:
After getting your bade, put it around your neck and go to the hotel reception
[...]
It’s important to openly carry your bade at all times so security can identify you as an attendee
of the convention.

I assume that's meant to say badge? ;)

ALSO
If you’re lost, ask someone from security, they’ll always there to help.

I think that should be "they're" / "they are" and not "they'll" / "they will".

EDIT: Found another quite major one:
Animals are now allowed in the hotel. On one hand, there was trouble with hygiene, but the animals also often had a very hard time with all the hustle going on. Sorry, there is no other way.

Shouldn't it say "not allowed"?

...
Anyhow, very good guide! Just thought I'd report on those minor errors I discovered and hope that's fine. :)

Sorry folks,

due to a server migration the links are dead right now. I'm fixing this as we speak. For now I'll attach the files here and I'll delete them again as soon as an updated version is finished.
