I didn't have time to make two things for this year's exchange, like I'd hoped to do... But I'm bringing along some Danish 'æblekage' (apple cake, but dear god, no it's not a cake XD)
I found a way to make it in smaller servings, since it's usually served in one huge bowl
Basically you have sweet bread crumbs (or something like it), with stewed apples/applesauce and whipped cream on top
It tastes so damn delicious! And it's a real classic dessert here ^w^ I mean, just look at it!
