Having never been to Eurofurence outside the Ringberg, I am unsure whether or not this is a standard thing.  I would like to know if there will be a noticeboard available for general con use at the Magdeberg hotel, and where it might be?

Given the unknown nature of the new hotel or the schedules, planning special interest meetings has proved difficult.  Not everyone reads these forums, the meet planner may not even know where the meet could be held till they get to EF, and some meeting topics are not permitted on these forums.

So the solution is to tell people to check the noticeboard for the time and place and updates, when they get there.  So...  Can we rely on there being one somewhere? :)

Like every time, it is planned to put up a pinboard. However, since that will be basically out in the public (namely the lobby), please be aware that we might remove postings that we think are not suitable for general audiences, or which might give curious passersbys from the street the wrong idea about what our convention is about.

I would and will of course exercise the utmost discretion.  Thanks for the reply :)
