For the photos during and around the parade: yes. Unfortunately, he already came on Wednesday and started to photograph in (hotel) public areas without introducing himself to the press relations team. Apparently he was very sneaky so the team did not get notified about that, otherwise he would've been escorted from the premises without a permit for Thursday. Please complain to Getty Images if you (as a person, not in costume) don't agree being the subject of a photograph, or if he stole shots of your own photography. We can't do anything about photos taken in the hotel lobby or in public, unfortunately.
