At least Thursday-Monday preferred. If being flexible helps, we'll supplement w/an AirBnB.

Why:
Getting a room at the Estrel will be a huge help because we participate in Dealer's Den, Art Show, and also contribute to programming. Our work load would be difficult with a local commute, but commuting over 30 hours to the convention means the convenience of an Estrel room is more helpful than you could imagine!
