Cocktails for two...

I was thinking, seeing as it's a Las Vegas theme - couldn't we have a cocktails evening? I know how to mix a few drinks myself, having been a bartender for a few years. I don't know how this might work with the hotel having a bar and all but it would be fun.

I'd be happy to get an 'event' going but I don't know how it might sit with the hotel's alcohol license.

I'm afraid that's going to be a no-go ... we're not allowed to hand out food or beverages. The hotel needs to earn their money somehow, too :)

They have a cocktail bar, so you won't miss out. And the prices aren't too high, either. You can't compare them to the usual prices you'll see at cocktail bars.
