Frankfurter Furs
« on: 14.02.2007, 20:24:56 »

My travel plans are now set.  My parents and I are going to arrive on Wednesday morning in Frankfurt, and will take a lovely German train from the airport to Suhl.  We will leave the consite on Sunday around lunchtime, and will travel by train back to Frankfurt.

Now, we do not depart until Monday morning, so we will spend the night in Frankfurt.  If there are any Frankfurter furs who might be coming home then who would like to show us where it is nice to have dinner*, and which hotels are reasonable and which ones we should avoid like American beer, I would be very grateful!

(*and join us there for the meal, of course!)

Aren't Frankfurters sausages?

So you're asking for sausage furs?

Yes, and John F. Kenney is a Jelly-Filled Donut.

(And did you know, that in Franfurt the sausages are called "Wiener"?)

Hi Kage,

we are planning on leaving the site on sunday and go back via car. We would be pleased to help you find a nice hotel (although I'm not that familiar with the hotels in Frankfurt) and have dinner with you.

We can ask around a little if you'd like to have a larger group of Frankfurs :)

Well, we weren't sure about our plans after EF since Badger will take off to Japan soon after.
