K9 Unit - Police Car

Someone made photos of my police-dog (the one with the large ears and the well filled equipment-belt) in front of his K9-unit car in the underground parking lot.
Any idea who that was, so I can contact him about the photos?

I got some of the K9-unit car at the Motor meet, but not in the underground car park.
