Hi everyone,

The events at Eurofurence take place in a lot of different locations and rooms. To make it easier to find them we have signs  that lead the way to a specfic location or room. Those signs have room/event related illustrations on them. Guest who aren't new to Eurofurence may know those already. Since years it's tradition that each room gets a seperate door sign which makes it easier to identify.

We're still looking for artists who're interested in drawing one or more pictures/illustrations for our door- and way-signs.

Here's a basic guide about how it works and what you should pay attention to:
- You can pick one or more of the topics from the list below (in case it's not taken yet)
- The picture/illustration must be in color
- The format must be "portrait format"
- Any medium will work as long as you provide us with a digital high quality copy (scan in case of an analog media) in a size we can work with
- The size must be at least W=2100 x H=2500 px, with a resolution of 300dpi (A3
- Please do not design a "ready to print" sign. We will add additional information to your picture (like room name, function, etc.)
- We may adjust the picture to our needs for the final version that gets printed. The person in charge may rescale, slightly chop its demension or adjust the colors.
- We're completely fine if you offer paid commission slots for them. It's your worktime and material and there's no problem with getting something back in return. Eurofurence itself won't pay for the pictures, though.
- Of course you can sell the original in the Art show or hand it to the customer (in case it was a commission).
- Eurofurence will reserve the right to adjust, modify, reproduce the images for non-commercial use during the convention and for projects related. In any other case we will contact you.
- The illustration must be tame in regard to sexual, violent and other offensive content. Also known as "clean, not offensive art". Weapons and other props that belongs to the topic/character are okay as long as there's no violence involved.
