I bought a ticket from a member on the forums here and we both emailed EF's registration-related email. It's been a week now and I'm starting to grow a bit worried, considering I already paid off my hotel room and whatnot.

I asked a friend on the staff team if they could look into what was going on, and they re-directed me to send a private message to another staff member here. I did and received no response.

I would just like to know how often the emails are checked and if I should be worried? How much longer should I wait before worrying? Thank you!

Nope, there is no need to worry! The response times depend on the department and how busy the responsible person is with his real life right now. A week is unfortunate but can happen if the department head is stressed at the moment. Obviously they need to give priority to their private life.

However they will get back to you shortly and I'm sure they will answer your questions to your satisfaction. :3

Hi there, and thanks so much for the reply! I apologize, I didn't realize how busy said person was. I am patient and willing to wait as long as needed, I just got a bit worried is all! The website says to allow up to 48 hours for a response so I assumed that was the "normal" wait time, so I just became a big ol' worry wart.

I apologize if I came off as pushy, I swear this wasn't my intention! I just wanted to know what was normal/not normal. I'll continue waiting now that I know it's all alright, no rush!
